"The funeral blues

Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone, Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone, Silence the pianos and with muffled drum Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.

Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead Scribbling in the sky the message 'He is dead', Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public doves, Let the traffic policemen wear black cotton gloves.

He was my north, my south, my east and west, My working week and my Sunday rest, My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song; I thought that love would last forever. I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one, Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun, Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood; For nothing now can ever come to any good."

W.H. Auden

At the time of parting I am there for you.

Dear reader,

The final journey is very demanding - particularly for those who are left behind. As well as the feeling of deep sorrow we experience when we lose someone close to us, we often also feel that it's all too much.

This is because we need time to mourn and to be able to process what has happened. But at the same time, there is so much to arrange and sort out - friends and relatives want to be informed, arrangements and preparations need to be made for the burial and all the formalities must be sorted out.

My aim is to offer you help and assistance during this very difficult period in your life and to be alongside you during this time of sorrow as you say farewell. You choose which of my services you require and what exactly will be the outcome of our cooperation.

I am happy to come to your home to personally discuss and get to know more about what you wish or need so that together we can arrange a dignified farewell. And so that your cry for help will be heard even in the middle of the night, I am there for you any time you need me.
