Support during formalities:
. Procuring a death certificate
. Accompanying you or dealing with administrative aspects and talking to the
• registration offices
. Dealing with all formalities and de-registering with the authorities, hospitals,
• pensions, insurance and contractual partners.
Informing family and friends:
. Support with formulating and organising obituaries, circulars reporting the
• death and acknowledgements, including coordination with the printers
. Booking and coordinating publications in the chosen newspapers
. On request: handwritten inscription on the envelopes, including despatch
. Help putting together a summary of the life of the deceased
Help with the burial:
. Arranging the burial with the burial authority
. Organisation of transportation to the cemetery or the crematorium
. International transportation to Switzerland or abroad
. Advice on and organisation of laying out for the last farewell at home, in the
• chapel of rest at the cemetery or in the crematorium
. Advice on choosing a coffin or urn as well as choosing the position of the
• grave
. Contacting independent ministers or officiants regarding a cemetery burial,
• the burial of urns in a forest cemetery or the scattering of ashes in the
• countryside
. Support with organising and preparing the burial and funeral, including
• arranging dates, flower arrangements, grave decorations, musicians and
• singers, booking a restaurant for the reception, organising transport and
• support in carrying out particular wishes during the funeral service or at the
• grave
